Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Terms

This cancellation and refund policy applies to all tours and activity services organized by Red and Green Travel. By making a reservation, each customer is deemed to have accepted the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

Individual Tours and Activities:

• Cancellations made up to 3 days before the tour start date will be fully refunded.

• Cancellations made up to 1 day before the tour start date will be refunded 50% of the total amount.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour.

• In cases of no-shows, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be provided.

Group Tours (10 or more participants):

• Group reservations are subject to separate agreements. Specific conditions will be stated in the contract.

3. Cancellations by the Agency

In the event that the tour is cancelled by the agency due to weather conditions, insufficient participation, or force majeure:

• The customer will receive a full refund, or

• With the customer’s consent, the tour may be rescheduled to another date or replaced with an equivalent tour.

The agency is responsible for notifying the customer of such cancellations as soon as possible.

4. Change Requests

Requests to change the tour date must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled start of the tour.

Such requests will be processed based on availability and capacity.

Some special or promotional tours may not be eligible for changes.

5. Special Conditions

Accommodation-based tours, international tours, or bookings involving third-party service providers may be subject to different cancellation terms as outlined in separate agreements.

Refunds for ticketed services (such as flights, buses, or ferries) will be made in accordance with the respective carrier’s policies.

6. Refund Process

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. (Note: Bank processing times may affect the speed of refunds.)
